•Manage medium pressure plastic main installation and low pressure cast iron retirement projects. Project scope onaverage is 40,000 ft of main installed, 20,000 ft of main retired and 2,000 medium pressure service transfers.-Coordinate with system designers to revise construction drawings accounting for line of lay obstructions, scheduledependencies and other municipal and utility conflicts.-Update project tracking database with various information; new projects, service markings, service transfers, mainretirement. Modify database to make improvements as necessary.-Manage workload and schedule for 'field markers', or employees that determine medium pressure service line oflay and outside meter installation location.-Coordinate with contractor foreman and company/contractor inspectors to ensure proper installation of mediumpressure plastic main.-Ensure union and contractor crews adhere to OSHA safety standards.-Ensure installation of company assets adheres to PHMSA part 192 subparts B, H, I, J, L, M, N-Coordinate with union supervisors to direct workload for medium pressure service transfers.-Interface with municipal representatives to agree on restoration requirements.-Review, process and archive paperwork provided from contractor and union crews. Provide this information tovarious departments throughout the company for as-builting. Field as-built immediately to ensure accuracy ofsystem in case of an emergency.•Implemented mobile tablet solution with ArcGIS for field personnel to improve customer service and efficiency onfuture project planning and to prevent missing paper tickets and field re-work•Built information system using SQL, Python and JavaScript to provide clean and easy to understand information tounion supervisors and managers on O&M and capital projects•Provide data to senior managers for Illinois Commerce Commission and PHMSA audits; Corrosion inspections, Valve Inspections, Small / Large Fitting replacements;
