With Meredith Corporation, I managed the recognition process of various digital revenue streams. Responsibilities included contract review, month-end accrual estimates, actualization, variance analysis, and recognition standard compliance. I also maintained quarterly projections for all digital revenue through a combination of sales system analytics and collaboration with operational departments for presentation to senior leadership.A large part of my role over the last 12-15 months was to facilitate the financial and operational integration of Time, Inc. after it was acquired by Meredith. Contributions included reorganization planning, financial reporting consolidation/segmentation, and facilitating the subsequent sales of acquired assets.

With VAST, I supported the commercial insurance team through certificate management, experience modification premium projections, and commercial property replacement cost calculations. I implemented processes to improve relationship database maintenance and created a macro-enabled Microsoft Excel workbook to assist clients in employee benefits regulatory compliance.

With United Services Automobile Association (USAA), I assisted the Property and Casualty (P&C) Underwriting Research team with a four-month study on the underwriting potential of data gathered from emerging residential technology. Our project culminated in a comprehensive presentation of our findings to the leaders of the P&C Underwriting Research team. Upon completion, I was asked to extend my internship to assist with an additional study where I conducted surveys on the residential technology, analyzed and compiled results, and presented executive summaries to the team.
