Working experience in healthcare and commercial site development. I have undertaken a range of preliminary project services, including site due diligence, concept development, and utility service studies to lay a solid foundation for a project.Discussing my Civil Engineering tasks; I do whatever is necessary within the project scope. This includes access design, grading, stormwater and hydrology design, water and wastewater (sewer and septic) design, and site 3D modeling. Mostly familiar with Civil 3D/AutoCAD software. Can forecast FFEs, size BMPs, design ditches, size sanitary, and develop a working EPSC plan for construction activities. But I think my favorite part of this entire process is agency coordination including local planning board and zoning permitting, NPDES Permitting, environmental permitting (TDEC, VADEQ, PADEP, NCDEQ...), Department of Transportation permitting (TDOT, VDOT, NCDOT, PADOT...) and utilities permitting (Duke, NES, TVA, KG&E...). I also coordinate subcontracted work such as geotechnical investigations, traffic studies, photometric plans, utility locates, and other tasks necessary to properly design the project.

Established new office and warehouse space, and coordinated the day-to-day of the office and warehouse. Managed production of 1100+ complete engineering packages in accordance with client obligations and forecasts. Also communicated forecasts and expectations with client daily.
