The Solution Architect (SA) role dove-tails seamlessly with previous positions; including the Executive Consulting Partner (ECP) role. Aaron Kent has moved from Professional Services into the Sales organization, where he has additional responsibility for Products/Solutions beyond Professional Services. As a Tier 3 SA, Aaron covers Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC). In Tier 3, Aaron supports sales efforts for the Verizon UCC suite via strategic and tactical planning sessions, Statements of Work, and Go-To-Market (GTM) thought leadership partnering with Verizon Product teams.

Executive Consultant Partners are vertically aligned to Verizon’s Enterprise, Business, and Government customers to assess contact center and collaboration technology infrastructure. We support strategic organizational objectives by developing strategies, initiatives and remedies to align technology solutions with technical requirements based on business challenges through strategic designs, transition plans and technology integration.Work with premier Verizon Business client senior executives to develop a relationship as a trusted business and technical partner gaining a deeper understanding of the challenges, requirements, strategies and the overall needs of the business. Support transformational activities with a focus on business performance goals that drive technical solution sets.Lead activities that develop and build solutions to meet specific business objectives leveraging Verizon cross-functional Professional Services. Communicate the value of the solution in business terms ensuring that the goals of the business are met throughout the sales, implementation and support life cycles.

Review and analyze current Collaboration technology infrastructure and its ability to support business drivers, strategic corporate objectives, and ensure they are in line with business cases.Partner with Cisco Account teams to translate customer business issues into business requirements business complex Bills of Materials and Statements of work to address customer needsPartner with lines of business and IT to develop integrated end-to-end solutions for end users Participate as a trusted advisor in the Client facing IT team and where possible be inserted into transforming business operations in line with strategic plans and longer term Cisco/Presidio IT plansLead strategic Collaboration, HCS-LE, and UCCE, deals from architectural planning through implementation to help achieve goals by prioritizing initiatives to deployment, and management of the solution; as well as ensuring post deployment evaluation is happening
