In addition, I am a certified NRA Firearms Instructor and Range Safety Officer. I also teach Conceal Carry Courses and Firearm Safety Courses.

In 2017, I helped found ATEK Defense Systems and currently serve as the CEO. ATEK Defense Systems is in the business of developing, manufacturing and selling armored products to law enforcement, military and private security firms. I have been involved in all aspects of the business; organization, marketing, finance, as well as product design, ordering and patenting.

Assigned to work with Black & Veatch, Telecom Division. Worked with the CASPR database from the AT&T Turf program. Instrumental in developing a SQL / Access based program to be used to help manage CASPR dates. In addition, built an SQL management tool for analyzing CASPR data and project management assignments.Was in charge of developing reporting tools both in SQL/Access as well as Excel. Developed Production Curve reports for use by national and regional management teams of Black & Veatch.

Specialized in the sale of raw land to developers and residential subdivision builders. In addition, I was the broker of record for a resort development in Rocky Point, Mexico called The Pointe de las Conchas.

In charge of marketing and managing small to medium sized builder business in Phoenix, Arizona market. Provided commercial and residential financing services to homebuilders.

• Started company to acquire and develop final platted residential subdivision land into finished lots for the benefit of small to mid-sized homebuilders.• Contracted for the purchase of raw land and began the process of entitlement for final platted residential and commercial lots.• Sold the company to The Ryness Company and remained as President for six months during transition.

In charge of raising capital through the use of Private Placement Memorandums and Commercial Financing. Was successful in raising over $35 million in funds to purchase a 350 bed Assisted Living Center. In addition, worked on raising $9 million for the expansion of an airline called, SunAir Express. After 9/11, management decided to sell the airline instead. I was successful in selling the airline within 6 months. Then stayed with the airline for approximately a year until it was no longer running a negative cash flow.

Solicited small to medium sized residential home builders to utilize the companies acquisition, development, and construction financing services. Managed all take out loan applications from subdivisions for conventional, FHA and VA loans. Managed and operated a team of loan officers at multiple locations within California.

Established a Builder Sales office for GMAC Mortgage. Established 12 homebuilders as clients and handled all of their take out loans. Hired and managed team of loan officers to service builder business. Left GMAC when recruited by Norwest/Wells Fargo to run their Builder Sales office in Palm Desert.

Optimum Financial was a licensed mortgage broker located in Lincoln, California. I was one of seven owners and operated my office in El Dorado Hills, California. Maintained a Real Estate license, Securities Series 6 and 63 license and Life and Disability license. Supervised team of sales people located throughout the State. Left company to manage Palm Desert office of GMAC Builder Division.

Recruited and managed a team of 50 sales people to sell Life Insurance, Mutual Funds and Mortgages. Left Primerica with a group of other RVP's to form and operate our own firm called, Optimum Financial Services.
