As an educator, I am driven to continuously answer the question "what is best for the students?" This pushes me to focus on innovation and creativity in my role as a project manager providing professional development and coaching of other educators. My main focus in recent years has been on meaningfully embedding personalization into K-8 classrooms, professional development for K-12 teachers of gifted students, inquiry and phenomena-based science instruction, and cross-curricular connections with computer science in K-12 classrooms. I have also spent the last year diving deep into curriculum design and development working to build e-learning courses from the group up.
