Malaysia

Integricity started a new department and became a sole distributor of a RMM solution in Malaysia called Virtual System Administrator (VSA). The RMM solution company is called Kaseya which from United State, along the years, Kaseya acquired multiple products which then Integricity selected a few to expertise on, which is Webroot Antivirus, Unitrends Disaster Recovery, RapidFire assessment and BMS Service desk. My role is to provide technical demos, conduct proof of concept sessions, provide product training and technical support on product related issues.

Transferred to another company called FatNinjas under Integricity Group, FatNinjas is an IT Managed Service Provider, providing IT Services to clients in Malaysia.As a Level 2 System Engineer, I am the main escalation point for technical issues that require assistance from Level 1 Engineers, at the same time, analyze and design improvement plans that will benefit both the organization business process and clients as well. I was involved in a few projects such as migrations of physical servers to virtual environment, migration of legacy email services to Microsoft 365, managing workstations hardware upgrade and BCDR deployment.

CUBE.21 is a White-label NOC Services, offering their service to offshore Managed IT Service Providers.I was one of the early pioneer to manage the NOC operations. As CUBE.21 is still consider a newly established company under Integricity Group, I have the opportunity to gain vast experience and skill set within a limited timeframe, understanding critical platforms required by MSP operations such as RMM (Remote Management and Monitoring, PSA (Professional Services Automation) and BCDR (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery).The key experience and skills I have gained from this role is:1- Processes and SOP creation (Understanding what works and brings value, I managed to build processes to ease the on boarding of 4 new clients, increasing CUBE.21 gross revenue significantly) 2- Remote Customer support (Learning how to provide IT Support to end users remotely, challenging at first as it's easier to provide support when on-site, but managed to pick up this skill and improve further, receiving a few compliments from few end users along the way) 3- Incident analysis (Whenever an incident happened, I must be able to analyze and decide the next course of actions for the respective stakeholders as quickly as possible to ensure minimal service disruptions to end users)

Taman Paramount

Started as an IT Trainer, responsible for providing training for students enrolling in Diploma in IT Support at the institute, ranging from computer hardware and software, network technology and servers, SOHO IT infrastructure setup and management. Also involved in facilitating certification readiness training in CompTIA A+ and Networking. Took up new responsibilities in managing the institute's IT infrastructure such as classroom computer setup and reimaging, network devices, printers, FTP Server, exam servers, email and domain services.The key experience and skills I have gained from this role is:1- Presentation (Able to convey a message that is easily understandable by the audience)2- Research and Development (Understand when a practical research is required to develop new contents that will benefit both the training institute and students) 3- Infrastructure management (Understand the importance of an IT Assets and their impact on day to day operations)
