I am an enthusiastic individual with the motivation to do well in tasks I am given. I take pride in the work I produce and undertake. I work well with people from all cultural backgrounds and ages and consider myself a good member of a team. I am able to work independently or as part of a team and display good communication and organisational skills. I strive to better myself and continually do so by taking on new information and developing my skills. I am willing to attend any courses and training that will help develop my skills as a manager or to increase my commercial awareness within the industry to which I will be working.I have been serving as an adult instructor in the Army Cadet Force for over 10 years delivering training for both cadets and adults in military and civilian skills as well as instructional techniques. I believe this has developed my problem solving, organisational and management skills in a practical and pressured environment. It has given me regular practice in event planning including completing risk assessments that are associated with these events.I hold a full UK driving license with no penalties and I am willing to travel for work. I do not have any criminal convictions and hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate with Essex Army Cadet Force.
