I am a Shareholder in the firm's Appellate and Litigation practice groups. I have worked in a wide range of litigation contexts, including business and commercial litigation matters, health care disputes, and employment matters. My practice has also focused largely on issues of government and public law, including issues of state and federal constitutional law and questions of state and local government authority.

As a law clerk with the DOJ's Trial Division, I researched and drafted memoranda and court documents for several attorneys, predominantly on matters of employment law. I also drafted a series of motions and responses regarding the effect of a recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling on claims against the state of Oregon under the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act.

As a file clerk I was responsible for the organization of legal documents and general file management for attorneys and paralegals. I took on several large reorganization and file-restructuring projects to ensure the accuracy of the firm’s litigation records.
