Serving as a strategic growth coach with Bloom Growth and providing CMO consulting, Aaron is combining his 35+ years of entrepreneurial, organizational, digital, marketing and brand leadership experience to his client partners across a variety of industries.In 2001, Aaron founded iluma Agency, now a leader in the franchise marketing industry. Over his career and for 22 years as the CEO of iluma Agency, Aaron lead a wide range successful brand, marketing, creative and digital programs for some of the world’s top brands, including Orangetheory Fitness, Massage Envy, Disney, Aveda, Motorola and many more. iluma Agency was also recognized 4 times on the Inc5000 list of fastest growing private companies in America and named on the Florida Trend and South Florida Business Journal’s Best Places to Work lists. After 22 years, Aaron successfully exited iluma Agency through a merger with Peak Seven.Aaron also continues to serve in his 13th consecutive year in volunteer member leadership in the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO). Currently Aaron is serving on the EO Global Org. Design Team, leading the development of global projects and programs.Aaron most recently served as the Regional Chair for the EO U.S. East. There he lead a professional and volunteer board of 30 to support 22 local EO chapters. This also follows regional roles as Member Experience Director, Area Director and before as President of the South Florida Chapter. He served the EO South Florida Board of Directors as the Communications and Learning Chair for 6 years, and was awarded the Global Communications Chair of the Year Award. He also oversaw conference communications for the 2013 Global University in Miami and for Nerve 2019 in Charleston. Aaron is also a graduate of the EO Regional & Global Leadership Academies and was awarded the EO “Living Beyond Yourself” award for his ongoing contributions to the organization. His prior experience also includes serving as Chief Marketing Officer for an international application service provider and more than 10 years in the role of Creative Director for advertising and design agencies, multimedia and post-production studios.Aaron lives in Woodstock, GA with his wife of 28 years, Lisa, and is a proud father of 3 happy & accomplished adult children.
