My career started off in the Sales & Marketing for an Electronics R&D company in Klang Valley. Clients including BRDB, See Hoy Chan and Genting. After a short stint, I then moved on into Outdoor Advertising by joining a small start-up. That was 7 years ago and I've grown with the company from a small startup into a full fledged outdoor media owner with footprints in Negeri Sembilan, Kedah and Melaka. I'm a goal oriented person and I believe in total team synergy in order to achieve a target. I strive to bring the best out of myself and those around me to achieve the target on time and on budget. I can be quite direct & frank and I encourage my team members to do the same as this cuts down miss-communications & errors. I believe all things can be learned if one puts effort into it. Nothing is too hard and impossible, just requires perseverance and ingenuity to overcome obstacles in the way. I love travelling to broaden my horizon and indulging in good food.
