During my time with Microsoft, I held several roles including, Product Advisor, Technical Services Advisor, Learning Specialist, and Assistant Manager. In each role, I demonstrated how technology could empower people and businesses every day through education, technical support, leadership, and project management. Additionally, I lead the visuals and merchandising changes at several stores, supported new store openings, provided impactful feedback that helped create new in-store experiences, and took part in local community and business outreach.
