That is when real progression can be seen.In my personal life, I love to challenge myself, always looking for adventures or activities that others deem crazy.In my daily work, I push myself to constantly try new ways and to think out of the box. I also love to share my beliefs with people and organizations I meet in my line of work. Especially in the current era of technology and AI, I am determined to change the mindset of organizations. To share with organizations that have been relying on traditional technology and methods, on how to embrace changes and make use of new technology to improve the security and safety of their environment. In this way, they can then effectively create an eco-system where humans are empowered by technology to do more, to do better.An organization is like an individual. It is an organism that requires constant improvements and good changes to grow. Many a time, we are so engrossed in our every day work, that we forgot to take a step back and look at the general picture. That's the part I love about my work, coming in as a consultative role, and providing that push out of the comfort zone, and seeing an organization grow and telling them, "If you never try, you will never know."
