Duties included market research, product costing, product quotation, future business forecasting, sales, account management, project management, applications engineering, customer support and contract negotiation. Position required diversity and a broad understanding of business operations, customer dynamics, microcircuit packaging (high-speed digital, RF/wave and analog) and manufacturing processes. Performed sales and account management activities for over thirty projects at any given time from several HP divisions as well as external companies, which represented about $20M in annual product sales. Participated in cross-functional teams throughout the concurrent development of several new products. Took leadership roles to facilitate meeting schedules, costs and other customer expectations. Was responsible for or played key roles in the development and documentation of many marketing processes such as contract generation, external documentation control, product costing spreadsheet (Excel), marketing database (Access) and others. Participated in several ISO9001 audits.
