Provide classroom and laboratory instruction for fire service related education and training, effectively engage students in the learning environment through active learning strategies and flipped-classroom initiatives, increase marketing of Fire training programs and reestablish our department as a leader in Fire/EMS education.

Work directly with voters to assist them in the following capacities: checking in registered voters, providing the voters with a ballot and voter number, registering qualified individuals to vote, and handling the voting machine to verify ballots are accepted.

Provide tunnel and mine rescue training as well as trench rescue training across a wide spectrum of industries, including the fire service, mining, tunneling, and construction industries. Specific area of focus is training end-users in the care, use, and maintenance, and trouble-shooting of all makes and models 4-hour, closed-circuit, positive-pressure, oxygen rebreathing apparatus.
