I work to promote the specification and use of ductile iron pipe in municipal water and wastewater infrastructure systems.I support the water projects and job sites where ductile iron pipe is being installed or maintained.I manage multiple accounts across 2 states and strive to maintain and grow the relationships within those accounts.

This position was in the inside sales department as the shipping coordinator. I directed the entire process of releasing, scheduling, and dispatching shipments throughout the United States. I coordinated the communication and fulfillment of hundreds of customers, the contractors, and the trucking companies. I handled all the shipment discrepancies and delivery details. I also controlled the complete customer complaint/return system where I coordinated every claim from simple surplus returns to extensive product issues. I overhauled the customer complaint system to streamline the reporting of issues and the generation of the necessary forms. I reduced the time to initiate the claim process by 50%.

Timberline Woodworkers Supply is a small retail store serving the hobby and professional woodworking industry. I doubled the size of the warehouse/retail space and helped to expand the scope of the business from a small "mom and pop" operation to a major player in the woodworking industry throughout the intermountain west. I ultimately worked as the manager of the parts and service department and was responsible for thousands of dollars in monthly claims and service. I also helped with outside repairs and sales.

I served as the pre-load supervisor at United Parcel Service where I orchestrated the early morning process of preparing the UPS package trucks for their daily route. My crew unloaded numerous semi-trailers of packages, sorted them into geographical regions, and loaded them on the package cars in specific order. I was responsible for the accuracy and timely completion of the process. I addressed the challenges of changes in package volumes, absenteeism, equipment malfunctions, etc. on a daily basis. The quality of the work that my crew achieved had a daily impact on the efficiency and cost effectiveness of multiple drivers.
