* Served as IT liaison to the Executive Office as Babson expanded through acquisition, with responsibilities including the integration of all acquired entity’s IT services and assets into the workflow and infrastructure of the home office and was tasked with the delivery of network, server, data center, communication technology, and security infrastructure to support M&A activity throughout the US, Asia, Europe, and Australia* Served as Project Manager for office moves and build outs, was responsible for budgeting, selection and purchase of IT infrastructure, hiring and coordination of vendors/contractors/consultants, circuit delivery, office floor plan design, and staff move-in coordination for 15 global offices, with extensive travel to Europe and Asia to oversee all project activity* Designed, lobbied for, and deployed a global video communications platform with a self-service model that was adopted by the Executive Office, HR, Compliance, Bond Trading, Portfolio Management, Legal, etc. and was generally adopted by the entire organization as the de facto way to collaborate internally and with customers, with video meeting traffic doubling the first year and tripling the second year in service* Served as global Conferencing Architect, overseeing 120 Cisco and Polycom video Board Rooms, remote learning facilities used for satellite office employee training, and TelePresence infrastructure environment, which included Cisco TelePresence MCUs, Video Communication Server Expressways, Gatekeepers, ISDN Gateways, TelePresence Content Servers, and TelePresence Management Suite (TMS)* Responsible for deployment and support of Infrastructure including Datacenter, Cisco Networks, Avaya PBXs & Voicemail, APC & Liebert UPS systems, Environmental Monitoring Systems, Windows & Citrix Server environment, Internet Security infrastructure, and Physical Security systems in Babson’s 16 domestic and international offices and served as team leader for a global team of engineers
