My experience as a Certified Financial Planner helps owners strategically move towards their long-term goals, including connecting them to professionals who can lead them through a successful exit.My Why:My father worked blue collar jobs, primarily in manufacturing, for over 15 years. There were multiple times when work slowed, and he was laid off. He was not one to feel sorry for himself and was able to quickly find work to provide for our family. The last seven years in manufacturing, he moved to a large multi-national company, which provided better financially but presented challenge as much of his work was second shift. He ultimately moved on from those challenges by getting his master’s degree and working 25 years in education and coaching. However, those early years were not easy for our family. Business owners sacrifice greatly, make tough decisions, and experience the consequences and rewards of their team’s actions. They deeply care for and generously provide for their employees, families, and communities. While they give so much, they can experience isolation, loneliness, and a continual focus on their business. I help business owners confidently drive increased value in their business, which allows them to strengthen families and communities!
