Legal Specialists), including Org Planning, headcount forecasting and requests,Lead 1:1s, career development, expectation setting, performance reviews, and compensation planning for my direct reports, as well as promotions, and Support Check-ins when needed,Lead Hiring Manager working with Recruiting on screening candidates, identifying, and hiring talent for my team (and as a cross-functional interviewer for Employment Legal),Standardized and improved onboarding materials for Nooglers to my team,Lead in developing standardized tracking metrics, reporting and transparency for the team's bandwidth,Launched and repeatedly run an annual report for my team with metrics, narratives, and insight into team’s progress for the year,Lead in drafting overall team guidance documentation, including; a centralized team playbook, on-call playbook, and How-to guides for core tooling including implementation of legal holds.
