As a highly experienced and resourceful Project Controls professional, Aaron has gained extensive experience leading estimating teams in the preparation of CAPEX and OPEX estimates for a diverse range of onshore and offshore projects in the Oil & Gas and Energy industries. Aaron acts as a key focal point/liaison for clients during projects, with responsibility for ensuring that client needs and technical requirements are reflected in the delivered product. As a senior member of staff, he is also involved with the preparation of proposals, identifying the scope of work and scoping the services and resources required, ensuring that a commercially viable proposal is presented.
