People Analytics is a concept that continually captures my interest, driven by the potential to leverage data within organizations to foster personal growth and enhance overall performance. I believe that combining technology with a deep understanding of human dynamics is key to building stronger, more resilient organizations.My academic background in Industrial Organization Engineering, paired with a Master’s in Data Analysis, has given me a strong foundation in technical and analytical skills. In my current role as a Research Assistant at IESE, I’m delving into advanced research methods to explore issues of Gender Inequality and Labor Mobility. This hands-on experience has sharpened my ability to apply both quantitative and qualitative techniques, broadening my perspective on how data can drive meaningful change in human resources and organizational practices.Looking forward, I am excited to deepen my expertise by pursuing a Ph.D. in Management.
