I started my career at Kingston Smith as a trainee in 2011 and completed the Chartered accountancy qualification with first time passes in 2014. During my time as trainee I worked on a wide range of clients and projects from preparing the accounts of small owner managed businesses to the audit of larger subsidiaries of international groups. Towards the end of my 3 year training contract with Kingston Smith I was given the opportunity to work in Australia for 4 months.This gave me a wider range of experience both in technical audit skills and personal skills by adapting to a different culture and leadership styles.
