Aaron Beck joined the Next Gear Solutions team in May 2021 as the Vice President of Strategic Accounts. In this critical role, Aaron is responsible for optimizing profitable revenue growth, client engagement, pipeline development, and forecast management. He also leads a team of relationship managers who support key contractor partnerships by leveraging technology and improving processes. Aaron brings 30 years of experience in the property claims space, beginning with his position at USAA. His workflow development, credentialing, and contractor performance management were instrumental in developing the first national direct repair program (PDRP) during the mid-1990s. After USAA, Aaron handled complex personal, commercial, and liability property losses as a General Adjuster for Crawford and Company. In 2000, Aaron joined Alacrity Services (then PTC-Net), where he served in many roles over 15 years, including VP of Operations and VP of Business Development/National Accounts. Following Alacrity, Aaron became a Director at American Technologies, Inc. (ATI), where he was responsible for growing and maintaining relationships between ATI and the national Managed Repair Programs and directing high-level national carrier relationships. In 2020, Aaron joined CoreLogic as a Principal overseeing the supply chain in the CoreLogic Insurance Spatial business, where he led onboarding, configuration, and long-term relationships with the supply chain partners. Aaron is a Texas-native and father of two who recently relocated to Beaverton, Oregon, with his wife to enjoy the outdoors and 22 vineyards near their home. He also loves to ski, fish, and golf in his spare time. He is excited to bring his passion for mentoring and coaching to Next Gear Solutions to create a dynamic team of people who will grow as individuals and their respective roles.
