Responsible for all aspects of Continuous improvement and Industrial Engineering activity at the Rogers, AR manufacturing facility. I lead two teams: Our Rogers Lean Team and our Industrial Engineering team. Our lean team focuses on all Lean and CI activities, process improvements, Lean Training, and culture development. Our IE team handles all new product requests, change requests, verification, and labor/material adjustments.Served as Project Manager for a 20 Million dollar, 82,000 sq ft expansion opened in 2023. Our new warehouse system design will drastically change how we receive, store, and distribute product, reducing lead time and cutting costs which will directly impact customer experience. Our new injection molding expansion added 10 new presses to meet rising demand in the telecommunications industry.

Lean Engineer responsible for all Lean initiatives, Kaizen Events, Process Improvements and Continuous Improvement Activities. I developed and managed our Lean System from the ground up. I also started our Lean Apprenticeship Program. We take 2-3 operating employees off the shop floor for 3-4 months of Lean training, skills and leadership development. These apprentices learn and apply these skills and methods to the shop floor during kaizen events and other continuous improvement projects. I have enjoyed exciting opportunities to travel extensively to PLP's subsidiary facilities and learn other cultures and how these cultures influence change. I have frequently been chosen by the Executive Management team to lead kaizen events and lean program development at our international operations in Mexico, South Africa, Canada, and Great Britain, as well as in our domestic operations in North Carolina, Ohio, and New Mexico. These assignments ranged from short term (1 week) to long term (3 months) lengths of stay at those facilities. I have hosted and shared lean concepts, training, and ideals with management representatives from 20 domestic and international PLP subsidiaries. Throughout every year, we host engineers, operations managers, plant managers, and managing directors at our Rogers facility.I am interested in all things related to Lean, Six Sigma, A3 Strategic planning, Change Mangement, Toyota Kata, and Training within Industry (TWI).

Dayco Products, a division of Mark IV Automotive is a tier one supplier of power transmission products to the automotive, aftermarket, and heavy duty industry. I was responsible for labor standards, inbound and outbound packing design, supplier logistics management, cost reductions, planning and forecasting, manpower planning, safety training, ergonomics improvements, line layouts, kaizen events, lean initiatives, six sigma projects, and a member of several cross-functional improvement teams. I was also an internal auditor for both the TS16949 and ISO14001 quality systems.
