Responsible for providing warranty support for homeowners in Lennar homes. Tracking the status of a warranty request from opening the case to closure via Salesforce CRM. • Migrated 50 users from an Exchange 2013 email server to G Suite for Non-Profits (Formerly Google Apps) to save the church over $800 a year and to improve overall email stability and uptime
• Created a VPN to allow ministry workers to remote to their computers from off site
• Created new network shares to better house files across the network
• Improved the firewall configuration by removing old entries and decreased opportunities for unauthorized outside access
• Repaired several computers in storage that had minor issues such as a bad power supply, faulty RAM, or a crashed Hard drive
• Replaced the aging CAT 4 Ethernet LAN cabling and daisy changed switches throughout the church with new CAT 5E cabling and centralized the network to a single closet/two switches

• Blueprint database administrator, responsible for managing users in Blueprint.
• Re-created and created new Blueprint XML tag documents via Microsoft Word to save the company $3,000 in outsourcing Costs
• Tested all Blueprint documents to ensure they pulled programming requirements from the Business Analyst team correctly for the programming teams

• Created and executed UniQuiery reporting code to tailor to the University staff’s specific needs
• Created and formatted Microsoft Excel report sheets using various functions such as VLookUP, SUM, Total, and Concatenate
