While working at the recreation center, I helped create a senior membership incentive to promote senior health and attendance. I was also responsible for operating RecTrac, their information system, and maintained and updated over 15,000 accounts. I was also able to implement a new pickleball ladder league for over twenty citizens for multiple sessions. On the special events side, I helped plan and implement various community wide events, including: the first 32-person pickleball tournament, annually crowd-pleasing fireworks event, and multi-agency corporate challenge event for over 150 participants.

Clarksville, Ohio

While working at Camp Joy, I had a various amount of responsibilities. I worked directly with over fifteen clients to create and implement their schedules and programming for the summer, scheduled and ran programming for over a thousand campers and clients throughout the summer, supervised two support staff members and seven counselors every weekend and facilitated camp activities, including: art sessions, mountain biking, fishing, canoeing, archery, challenge hikes, and camp group games.

At this school, I work a program called "Kids on Campus". This is an after school program for kids who have some time of financial situation going on back home. I was responsible for a group of ten to twenty elementary students daily, assisted with the facilitation of cooking, art and science programs for first through fifth graders daily and taught children academic techniques to increase productivity and knowledge.

I was the mentor for about three to six freshman college students each year. Most of these freshman are first generation students so it is nice for them to have a mentor for their first year. I would schedule group study sessions, one-on-meetings, and social events to help them get used to the college lifestyle and help them academically.
