About Aaron Fisher

My career has consisted largely of highly technical sales in a variety of industries, most of which I had little to no experience in when taking on the role. I strive to learn as much as possible about my industry and product portfolio so as to be able to offer my customers an unprecedented level of expertise (this is not to say, however that I'm unwilling to ask for help from subject matter experts when available). Through creative thinking and an entrepreneurial spirit I work to solve complicated problems with effective, repeatable and measurable solutions.As my career has moved onward I have gravitated closer to Business Development, Management and overall growth. Delivering a multi-million dollar budget growth starting from a grass-roots position has allowed me to work outside the box to find exciting possibilities for my customers and employer. I am always looking for new ways to innovate and develop more efficient solutions to whatever problems may arise. I like to see myself as a "fixer" who is able to come into a problem anywhere in the business, solve it and also find ways to improve the overall workflow at the same time. A problem is just an opportunity for a creative resolution that builds confidence in both my abilities and that of my brand.
