Entrepreneurs have generated $2+ billion in sales on the platform. As the Head of Product, I lead our Product organization overall. My primary focus is fostering a culture of learning fast together to maximize the number of shots we take. Failure will always happen in the pursuit of growth, so we want to give our teams the best chance to try, learn, adapt, and try again as quickly as possible. As Director of Product for Growth: - Leading product-led growth (PLG) strategy, encompassing user attraction, conversion, retention, and revenue expansion. - Overseeing pricing and packaging experimentation.- Mentoring and managing high-performing teams of Growth PMs and Product Marketers. - Collaborating with leadership on defining product vision, strategy, metrics, roadmap, and goals for the whole company.As Senior Product Manager: - I worked with executive leadership to define budget, P&L forecasts, revenue plan, and resource requirements for internal startup. - I developed and executed product strategy through entire product development life cycle. - Launched "Spotlight," a two-sided course marketplace that generated $1.5+ million in GMV. As Product Manager: - Partnered with the Founder/CEO to build an experimental internal startup to develop new products from 0-1. - Created and iterated on SEO-optimized content and growth loops, which grew email audience from 30,000 to 200,000+. - Designed and hosted virtual live events to facilitate course sales, driving $600,000+ in GMV.
