Aaron joined Cutcher & Neale in 2005 and specialises in providing advice on financial and operational systems, whether it be a review of a client’s system processes to implementing a full operational and financial solution.Aaron has excellent accounting skills and applies these regularly by providing a financial statement review service for client’s without an internal accountant. A key focus in this area is Balance Sheet account reconciliation and Profit & Loss account allocation review.Aaron is skilled in the application and systemisation of job costing, time capture and the management of work in progress in the service and manufacturing based industries.Aaron is a confident trainer, who listens to clients needs and develops systems and processes to meet their requirements and tighten their internal controls.Aaron has also developed numerous reports detailing client’s financial systems, giving the business owners visibility and highlighting where efficiencies can be gained.Prior to working with Cutcher & Neale, Aaron gained his Advanced Diploma in Financial Services atTAFE in 2004 and has worked in a number of retail environments.
