Responsible for the leading Urban Land Conservancy's (ULC) strategic real estate acquisition, development and stewardship of land and buildings for community benefit. ULC has partnered on 44 community real estate investments totally over $140 million, which will leverage an additional $1 billion in equitable redevelopment. ULC serves through its real estate partnerships over 15,000 people a year. Our developments include schools, community centers, nonprofit office space, and affordable housing. To serve this wide range of real estate needs we helped create the Country's first Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Fund, established Denver's first $10M Facility Fund for nonprofits, and most recently closed on a local $50M Acquisition Fund, Metro Denver Impact Facility (MDIF). This new facility has already been deployed on nine acquisitions, totally over $27M. In 2021 ULC is partnering with The Denver Foundation's Black Resilience In Colorado (BRIC) Fund to support Black lead nonprofits that need access to low interest capital for capacity building in Metro Denver.

Executive Director of one of the fastest growing community development corporations (CDC) in Colorado. Since 1998 the organization increased its housing production by nine times, going from 124 homes to over 1,000 permanently affordable rental and for sale homes valued at $70 million. Grew from serving 250 people a year to 3,000 people in need of affordable housing. Work included three multi-million dollar developments that increased the organization’s permanently affordable housing to over 1,100 homes and provide $50 million of local investment.
