As part of the Microsoft EHS team, I oversee the implementation and improvement of safety programs and policies in data center operations. I have more than 15 years of experience in the field of safety and health management, and I hold the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) credential.Besides my safety management role, I am also passionate about grassroots soccer and its potential to empower and inspire people from all backgrounds. I previously served as the President of CONIFA North America and Caribbean, the regional branch of the Confederation of Independent Football Associations. CONIFA represents soccer teams and players that are not affiliated with FIFA. I am also the Head of Soccer Advisory Panel at Cascadia Association Football Federation, a member of CONIFA that represents the bioregion of Cascadia. Through these roles, I contribute to the development and promotion of soccer initiatives that celebrate diversity, inclusion, and community.
