I was also in charge of making sure production tasks were completed on schedule. I oversaw pruning, transplants, room populations, and defoliation as well as focusing on daily irrigation.

Created a successful IPM regimen that eliminated Mites (Broad, Russet & Spider Mites), Aphids (Leaf & Root Aphids), Thrips and Powdery Mildew without the use of beneficial insects. Developed a spray regimen that is extremely effective without an aggressive plan of attack utilizing the correct products at the proper time.

Executed IPM tasks amongst 30 flower rooms. (Ten 77 light Rooms & Twenty 20 light Rooms). Performed procedures from spraying plants with pesticides to scouting for pests and mold to deployment of beneficial insects. Focused on pest and mold prevention.
