I lead a team of production technicians at Tempo's content studio. Stepping away from day to day filming, I oversaw 3 direct reports and was wholly responsible for setting their production schedule, delegating projects, coaching on best practices, and advocating for their individual career plans. Responsibilities also included cataloguing and archiving content to be accessible to various user-bases. In addition to our core fitness class offerings, I also worked XFN with other departments (Marketing, Demand Generation, Creative etc) to produce video and photography assets for Tempo’s social and web hosting platforms. Outerlands is beautiful dining experience on the rugged coast of San Francisco. I managed beverage service of the full bar through craft cocktails and espresso drinks. While high volume, we're able to maintain an intimate and tailored experience for patrons with attention to detail in both the drinks and warm customer service. Outside of service I managed logistics and supply chain of coffee program and developed recipes and additions to the bar menu.
