Recruiting and Selection: Manages on-site transfers, promotions, and hourly hiring from posting, sourcing, selection, and on-boarding (facilitate Hiring Events, New Hire Orientations, etc.) Serves as the point of contact for all candidate inquires and accommodations during on-boarding process. Resolves any delays or obstacles in the on-boarding process, including reminders to the new hires and requesting any missing information.Employee Relations: Provides front line support and guidance to managers. Performs routine and complex investigations involving employees and managers in the areas of harassment, discrimination, and other employee relations issues. Provide recommendations and disposition for investigations, while ensuring timely follow-up with employees involved. Promotes positive employee relations through survey management, round table facilitation, employee recognition projects and systems.Data Analytics: Produces and analyzes reports to assist with weekly labor planning and management. Utilizes HRIS/Applicant Tracking Systems (PeopleSoft, Salesforce, Taleo, iCIMS) for data entry, modification, and reporting.Compensation/Payroll: Ensures payroll accuracy through audits, reporting, and proactive measures. Processes payroll corrections, off-cycle payments, repayment letters, issue company pay-cards, etc.Compliance: Acts as an advising partner to management in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and applicable local, state and federal laws/regulations.
