This is a part-time role, with weekly evening class sessions. In this role, I instruct students of all levels in a University required Foundations of Mathematics Course. Here, I analyze student data, develop interactive and engaging learning experiences, and implement various teaching strategies that support student growth and achievement. These classes are held in both synchronous and asynchronous online environments. In addition, I have also created training materials to coach colleagues on program-specific technology.

In this role at Ribbon, I educated current and prospective clientele on the mission and benefits of Ribbon’s solutions. To do this effectively, I routinely collaborated with the Instructional Design team to create, design and implement engaging educational materials. In addition, I cultivated & maintained client relationships by performing routine personalized follow ups. I also researched and analyzed user data and feedback to promote a more successful and friendly platform experience.
