Currently I am an Applications Engineer at HORIBA in Sunnyvale, CA. Specializing in products that are essential to semiconductor manufacturing. I graduated from Chico State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, graduating in the Fall 2018. In my previous role as a Product Support Engineer I worked with customers every day to identify their issues, gather information, troubleshoot and implement a resolution. During my tenure at OSIsoft I also wear many hats. I facilitate Orientations for new hires, created and sustained an anonymous feedback program, and am an Ambassador. During my academic career at Chico State my senior capstone project my team and I worked directly with Stanford Linear Accelerator Center (SLAC). We designed, built, and prototyped a self-propelling cart to deliver sample material for their 3-D molecular structure imaging. Using the machine shop, 3-D printing, and RITE (Rapid Iteration Testing and Evaluation) we implemented a partial life cycle, from conception to prototype, we successfully documented, tested, and developed a working product.As an undergraduate, my rigorous course load and previous job experiences working in both retail and food-service have prepared me for a fast-paced and delivery-focused career. Through my internship and academic career, I have developed skills in problem solving, data collection, physics, and mathematics that will strongly contribute to your team. Acquiring adept customer service experience from 9+ years in the service industry has provided me with a firm understanding of what excellent customer service is and how to fluidly work in a fast-paced environment.
