When I was young grad student, I was obsessed with Donald Trump"s book The Art Of The Deal. To date, I have read it at least 100 times....seriously. My favorite quote: "I love to think big. I always have. I mean if you're going to be thinking anyway, you might as well think big" That's my WHY. From my humble beginnings as a stock broker during the 80's, I learned Real Estate and Mortgages make the world go round. So as I see it, Real Estate Agents, Loan Officers and Real Estate Investors are the Gatekeepers of our economy. As a Arbitrage Specialist, my mission is to seek out opportunities within the real estate and mortgage markets to capitalize on any price fluctuation exposed in those markets. I currently work within three of the top markets on the east coast. As I have an inside view to these markets through my work as a Senior Loan Officer and Real Estate Investor. My clients and partners enjoy a unique advantage to explore the peaks and valleys of interest and price within select micro markets on their behalf. All that means is, I go where the deals are happening now. Sometimes, I feel like a secret agent now that social platforms like Linked In make it so easy to see and often times hear what is going on market-wide with just a internet connection. It's like I'm everywhere at once. So in this new and ever-changing age of social media, it has become increasing obvious that one must master and implement social media to brand one's self as the expert in their chosen endeavor. For me it's simple, Why you ask?????....cause I'm "ole school"....That means if you help enough people get what they want and you will get what you want.
