I am a Field Service Technician at Amano McGann, Inc., where I provide technical support and maintenance for parking and revenue control systems. I joined Amano McGann in Apr 2024, after serving for more than 8 years as a Transmission Systems Operator Supervisor at the United States Marine Corps (USMC).During my time at the USMC, I supervised the installation, operation, and security of transmission systems and networks that supported the communications and data needs of the USMC. I worked with various teams and partners to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the transmission systems, and I received multiple commendations for my performance and leadership. I also completed several online courses from Google and Meta, which enhanced my skills and competencies in DNS, IPv4, project management, technical support, and web development. These certifications helped me transition to my current role at Amano McGann, where I apply my technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues with the parking and revenue control systems.I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to solve real-world problems and improve the capabilities of the organizations I work for. I value teamwork, excellence, and customer satisfaction, and I strive to contribute to the mission and vision of Amano McGann and the USMC.
