Fancurve is a startup that partners with professional football clubs and athletes to establish a newway of expressing fandom through unique digital assets. As the Drop Manager, my responsibilities were as follows: - Developed and managed a cross-functional process to guide the execution of Fancurve’s drops.- Established and monitored timelines for marketing, fashion, product, and partnerships.- Ensured all necessary team members were informed of internal developments in a remote environment.- Managed the collection, distribution, and storage of all assets related to Fancurve's drops. - Led external conversations with metaverses and AR studios.- Ran the product discovery of Fancurve’s 3D Locker Room

My research helped shape Fancurve's product and vision. Some of my tasks were as follows:- Researched play-to-earn games and metaverse projects to uncover which blockchain has the most traction and liquidity. My research led our team to change course and utilize Polygon's technology. - Conducted deep research for our 3D locker room to find benchmarks, new ideas, and to understand what our community would enjoy. - In order to help our community better understand this new technology, I aggregated educational articles, papers and video content. I then wrote short and long answer summaries of FAQ's from our community. - With the help of my research into play-to-earn games and metaverses, I set targets for integrating Fancurve's digital jerseys.- Led the development of a Fancurve metaverse with an external metaverse company, Digital Village. - Created an NFT educational powerpoint for our partners and defined important terms for our team. - Interviewed candidates and hired a 3D designer to create our digital locker room.
