Sneaky Bird Studios is a leading Digital Marketing agency specializing in real estate and product marketing and design. As Chief Executive Officer and Founder I built the company, all management aspects of 10+ team members and our marketing plans and operations.

With the boom that was esports I found myself marketing many products in the space and finding some unique challenges that led to the formation of Rebel Esports. In my time as CEO the company sold 10,000+ pieces of merchandise, was the first CDL Affiliate Academy Roster for Activision/Blizzard, partnered with Microsoft for our Gears of War Team leading to the highest sales of a non-OpTiC team skin in GoW history and managed 15+ employees and over 40+ players/creators. Rebel is now one of the leading esports organizations in the LATAM space.

The development of an idea or story into a full-length motion picture is a complex and non-linear activity consisting of many decisions and the integration of numerous resources. In basic terms there are two distinct phases: the process of “developing and producing” the movie and the process of “distributing or marketing” the movie. The former includes pursuit of ideas, intellectual property, development into scripts, arranging cast, crew and facilities, principal photography, music, editing and post-production activities to provide a completed film ready for distribution. The latter includes the development and design of a marketing theme and the collateral material to support distribution. Additionally this phase includes arranging for exhibitors (the movie theater), negotiating ancillary rights such as Pay Per View, Video On Demand, DVD’s, books, and foreign distribution and various other related merchandising opportunities.TEN10 Entertainment intends to provide investors a source of cash income and return of principal offered through revenues generated by the theatrical distribution of the identified film project and all revenue sources including: Digital, PayPerView,Video On Demand, DVD & Blu- Ray,Television, and income from Foreign Territories. For Christian projects, TEN10 Entertainment also intends to provide investors an additional source of revenue driven from the topic of the film - by offering Church based materials such as Curriculum, Short Films, Bible Study Packages, Video Sermons and Book Publishing.

Regulation D Resources is the premiere source for help in your Regulation D filings for investment capital raising. With the announcement of 506(c) general advertising I was brought on to help launch their investment portal services and client web designs. During my contract for Regulation D I led their internal team on creating, developing and deploying their saas based investor portal. I built a team of internal designer and developers that could help manage one of Regulation Ds fastest selling service upgrades. Currently the product has been used by 500+ clients.
