Attorney
CurrentAaron has been actively involved in Criminal Law matters since becoming a lawyer in 2003. He has served on both the sides of the prosecution and defense so he has a great understanding of both the law and how each side approaches issues. Over 90% of the firm's casework is in the area of criminal defense. In 2005 Aaron expanded from handling only criminal defense cases into the area of bankruptcy law. He was mentored by an attorney with more than 20 years of personal experience and then also mentored by a former attorney from the US Trustees office. Aaron continues to expand his knowledge of all areas of bankruptcy law by actively attending training on new and emerging issues.Over the years our office has expanded to other areas of the law in order to help our existing clients. We now also handle expungements, wills and trusts, and general legal assistance. Once a client comes to our firm they usually consider us to be their attorney for all future issues. Hopefully, those issues aren't as devastating as being charged with a crime or having to file for bankruptcy. Our clients find that we go out of our way to offer excellent customer service and to really care about them. It is our caring and going out of the way that has had us branch out into new areas of the law just to help our loyal clients. Talk to me once by phone and you too will probably feel like I'm going to be your personal attorney from then on.Aaron has a Bachelors degree in Business Management and a Juris Doctorate in Law. He is a member of the Washington State Bar, Utah State Bar, the U.S. District Court of Western Washington, and the U.S. District Court of Utah.
