Originally focused on supporting voice and contact center systems in this role I oversaw a complex global telephony system supporting a 19,000 end user industrial retail environment. During my time in this role I oversaw a cloud contact center migration, developed a user self-service web portal, optimized global integration of our telephony systems, implemented support for modern video collaboration systems, and expanded the role to include data networking, IT security, and wireless systems. Utilizing Python, PHP, HTML5, MS SQL, and PowerShell I developed, maintained, and supported a self-service portal allowing retail users to manage call flow, reporting, phone deployment, voicemail, WebEx conferencing, IVR/Auto Attendant functions, and provisioning. When COVID lockdowns began this platform allowed us to pivot thousands of users to a remote softphone solution in a weekend including hundreds of 24x7 contact center agents. Adding to this toolset developed complex network security tools to address vulnerabilities working closely with IT support and IT security leadership to address and automate incident response.
