• Accountable for full life cycle IT Recruitment focused on the placement of Systems Engineers/Administrators, Network Engineers/Administrators, Helpdesk/Desktop Support, Security Analysts, Java Developers, .NET Developers, and Database Developers/Administrators.• Identify qualified IT candidates to provide a continuous flow of quality profiles into internal database and to effectively build a pipeline of candidates for technical skill sets covering a large geographic area.• Utilize developed candidate pipelines to support client needs for strategic accounts as assigned by Recruiting Director.• Provide thorough activity tracking and candidate screening documentation in internal database decreasing cycle times for candidate identification and submission.• Develop the technical knowledge and national account experience to achieve success in a strategic account environment.• Possess excellent knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations, and closing.

• Responsible for making connections & developing relationships with IT professionals who may be a good fit for assignment with Modis’ clients• Create a high-quality, internal database with relevant pre-screened IT candidates• Update existing candidate profiles with more current information• Build a pipeline of candidates for skill sets that are needed repeatedly for client assignments within the branch• Identify potential candidates that can be proactively marketed to open job requisitions

•Called on approximately twenty-five businesses on a daily basis. •Worked in fast-paced environments and was required to effectively present advertising packages to business executives and close sales. •Maintain existing relationships with business owners, as well as create new relationships.
