About Aaron O'Neill

I founded Silent Grind Performance with the vision to transform how athletes train and develop their skillsets for basketball and gaelic football in Ireland. Through my work in strength and conditioning, skill development and basketball coaching I want to bring skill acquistion, sports performance and psychology to create a unique athlete centred and evidance based development culture in Ireland. I am dedicated to providing players and athletes with the tools they need to master their craft and their bodies. I am currently the Head of Athletic Development at Carlow Basketball Club and Head Coach of U12 boys and seniors mens teams within the club. I currently also hold the position of Assistant Coach to the Portlaoise Panthers Mens National League basketball teamI have received a BSc. in Sports Science and Health from Dublin City University.
