I pride myself in having a strong work ethic and maintaining a balanced work environment to benefit not only myself but my co-workers as well. I believe it is important to develope a constructive and supportive network of communication throughout all the aspects of my position.I am interested in learning new things as well as improving on the skills I already obtain and become more efficient within my work . It is crucial for me to keep an open mind towards all new information and skill sets that may present themselves in my work environment.I am currently enrolled as a student at Salisbury university and plan to graduate with a degree in Business Management. I also have been working for the past year as a construction laborer for a residential contacting company. My education and work experience has become an incredible tool for me to better approach the obstacles and problems that I am faced with throughout the different aspects of my job.
