Oversee all operations that occur within the context of a residence hall. Including hiring, training, and supervising 9 student staff members, work with custodial and maintenance personnel to provide exemplary living environments that encourage educational success, and serve as primary conduct officer for approximately 380 residents of a building who are found to be in violation of University and/or Department policies. Additionally, serve on work teams assigned to carry out departmental work and occasionally serve on campus committees tasked with coordinating campus building rennovations.

Oversaw daily operations including providing on the job training to employees, delivering excellent customer service, overseeing freight delivery and distribution, responding to customer concerns, and setting floor planograms.
