Oversee all operations that occur within the context of a residence hall. Including hiring, training, and supervising 9 student staff members, work with custodial and maintenance personnel to provide exemplary living environments that encourage educational success, and serve as primary conduct officer for approximately 380 residents of a building who are found to be in violation of University and/or Department policies. Additionally, serve on work teams assigned to carry out departmental work and occasionally serve on campus committees tasked with coordinating campus building rennovations.
