We were able to complete some of the most complex (technically) projects whilst maintaining complete respect and still having a lot of fun - much of this is directly because of Aaron's leadership and respect for others. Aaron never runs from the challenge of making a complex project simple for the user and fosters this same attitude in the people that work for and with him on projects.
