The Senior Records Specialist position is an advanced level of the QA Records Specialist position which is responsible for:• preparation and issuance of batch production records for commercial batches, exhibit batches and validation studies.• preparation and issuance of Chemistry and Microbiology laboratory paperwork for raw material, in-process, finished product and stability testing• creating and maintaining Master Batch Records for active and in development products through change control procedures. • In addition, there were various clerical functions including filing and data entry.

• Assisted in the retrieval of information and documentation for teams representing global corporations performing due diligence during the potential sale of the facility.• Responsible for the organization of a central filing depository.• General clerical duties including photocopying, faxing and filing.
