I have over 18 years of experience in construction management and inspection of highway, bridges and utility projects. I have worked as Resident Engineer, Assistant Resident Engineer, Assistant Structures Representative, Roadway Inspector and Bridge Inspector. Some notable projects that I have worked on in the past were the San Francisco International Airport Terminal Inbound and Outbound Ramps, Benicia Bridge Retrofit, and Benicia Toll Bridge Operation Building & Toll Plaza.I have also coordinated work with various utility companies, Caltrans, local agencies, Union Pacific Railroad, and the Regional Water Quality Control Board.
