Conduct financial aid information sessions and assists prospective and current students with completion of their applications through the online student finance application system. Inform students on available funding in accordance to their needs assessment, as well as communicates with loan co-signers when necessary. Tracks student progress on financial aid packages. Contact outside agencies regarding students' eligibility for assistance.Verify and collect student aid reports from active students using the online student finance application system verification edits. Determines eligibility for and tracking of Federal Work-Study awards. Conducts entrance and exit interviews with students, advising them of repayment schedule calculations. Contacts students to advise them of impending delinquent loan status. Federal Work Study Processor (part of Financial Aid)- Assist in writing and implementing new policies and documentation- Conduct first qualifying interview and recommend if hiring manager should also interview. - Accurately document/maintain interview notes and candidate evaluations - Collect all necessary federal, state, and corporate documentation needed for employment.- Weekly payroll management.

- Conduct face-to-face interviews, telephone interviews and e-mail correspondence to prospective students to determine their educational needs, concerns and interests. - Responsible for facilitating orientation and Registration day activities. - Closely assist and mentor students through admissions process.- Verbally communicate presentations to promote programs to prospective adult and high school students. - Actively generate personal referrals. - Participate in retention efforts maintaining productive contact with my active students through graduation

- Conducted seminars at University of Dayton and Wright State University on interviewing and resume writing.- Sourcing (Boolean), Resume review, Testing, Interviewing (Targeted Selection) - Customer Service: Candidates, Company Managers, Directors, VP's and top Executives - Assist is training new associates - Assist in writing and implementing new policies and documentation - Develop and maintain job descriptions - Screen resumes submitted through various recruiting sources. - Conduct first qualifying interview and recommend if hiring manager should also interview. - Ensure that job openings are properly approved and posted on various internet sites - Accurately document/maintain interview notes and candidate evaluations - Attend job fairs and establish external recruiting contacts for networking purposes - Act as a team player and communicate effectively with internal staff inside and outside the department - Track weekly activities and attend weekly HR meetings to report activity.
